“All skaters did fantastic coming home with personal bests in all of their races,” coach Tania Lauren said.

Madelyn Feist, who just achieved qualifying times the weekend prior at the Bullets’ inaugural home meet, came home with a bronze medal in her age division.

Also racing were Ty Lauren, Leah Lauren, Isaac Plant and Colby Bennison.

“It was a huge learning experience for all the skaters to race at the provincial level, up from our regional level meets that we attend throughout the year,” Tania said. “All the kids really stepped up their games and brought their best taking home amounts of time off their personal bests.

“It was pretty cool to bring home a medal at our first showing at a provincial meet.”
