“AS you may or not know, I grow up Sarah Burke, the freestyle skier who died Tuesday in a ski accident,” writes Terri Wilkinson from Synergy Health and Fitness in Terrace.
“We are from the same town, Midland, Ontario, and I have known her since I was in Grade 5. There is a foundation that has been started in her name to cover cost of medical and funeral arrangements and I would like to help.”
“So on Monday Jan 23 2012 all money raised from fitness/spin classes will be donated to the Sarah Burke foundation.”
Spin starts at 6 am and again at 12:10 pm.
Balance and Strength at 5:15 pm and Pilates at 6:30 pm
“Let’s fill up these classes and help remember my wonderful friend. If you can’t make a class and still want to donate please drop it off at Synergy.”
