A Rubgy Sevens Tournament hosted in Burns Lake gathered six senior teams and three junior teams from across the region.
Visiting towns included Prince Rupert, Williams Lake, Smithers and Houston.
The round-robin tournament took place at the small practice field of Lakes District Secondary School last Saturday Oct. 18.
This was the first time Burns Lake hosted this tournament. According to Matt Moore, one of the organizers, this tournament facilitated the gathering of students from different towns to play and have a great time.
