The Camosun Chargers basketball program is holding player identification camps for the upcoming PacWest basketball seasons of 2015-16 and 2016-17.
Camps are open to all Grade 11 and 12 high school athletes, with the men’s camp up first, April 10-11, followed by the women’s next weekend, April 17-18.
Participation is free pending registration, and the two-day camps are at Camosun’s gym in the Pacific Institute for Sports Excellence, 4371 Interurban Rd.
Women’s camp is Friday, April 17 from 5:30 to 9 p.m., and Saturday (April 18) from 9:30 a.m. to noon, followed by a second session from 1 to 3:30 p.m. To register for the women’s email Chargers coach Carl Macdonald carl@cvibasketball.com or call him at 250-618-9105.

Camps will feature positional drills, individual offence and defence drills, two-on-two and three-on-three play and scrimmages finishing with a question and answer period.
