Cheering needed for Barriere Secondary School teams this week

BSS Athletics

Volleyball has ended. The Barriere Secondary School Senior Girls travelled to Princeton to participate in the Okanagan Valley Championships and finished in seventh place.

The girls had a wonderful season, and they should be very proud.

We are already full swing into basketball season. The Junior basketball teams hosted Clearwater last week, and are hosting the Junior Cougar Classic on December 9 and 10.

The Junior teams will also travel to Merritt on December 13th.

BSS Senior Basketball is also underway as well. The Senior teams host December 12,  along with the Junior boys team;  games start at 4 p.m.

On December 9 and 10 the Senior Girls will be travelling to play a tournament at Kelowna Christian.

BSS Senior teams have a busy December as they will also compete in the Fulton Cup tournament in Kamloops on December 14 to16.

Mark your calendars for home games and make sure you come out and cheer for our teams, who always appreciate your support.
