Ben Chow of Surrey and Coquitlam’s Dan Caverly are unbeaten after the round robin stage of the men’s beach volleyball tournament at the Canada Summer Games in Sherbrooke, Quebec.
The pair didn’t lose a set in five best-of-three matches, and conceded the fewest points.
The Team BC pair has earned a bye through the quarterfinal round of the playoff, and will play a semifinal match this afternoon (Thursday). They will play for a medal tomorrow.

In a 47-41 loss by Team BC to Alberta on Monday, Vander Helm scored 10 points and added four rebounds and three assists.
BC lost 51-49 to Quebec on Tuesday, with Vander Helm scoring four points, and Sprangers grabbing five rebounds.
Team BC defeated Prince Edward Island in a placing game yesterday (Wednesday), with Bos leading the winners with 19 points, six rebounds and three assists. Vander Helm added eight points and seven rebounds.
