Canada’s women’s national team skated to a 5-0 win over the Olympic Athletes from Russia this morning.
For Olympics rookie Emily Clark, an alumna of Okanagan Hockey Academy, the first time hitting the ice with the Canadian national team was made even more special as her entire line started the game. Clark is the centre of an all-rookie forward line that also includes Sarah Nurse and Laura Stacey.
