Junior Bantam

Cloverdale Cougars: 48

Victoria Renegades: 8

Highlights: The Cougars took an early lead on a short touchdown catch by Terrell Jones, and never looked back. Tara Birdi added four touchdowns on the ground as the visitors from Cloverdale held a commanding lead at the half. Kalahari Randhawa added two scores as well, a 15-yard run around the left side, and a long fumble recovery return from well within his own territory, both in the second half. Jason Grewal converted two extra point kicks as well. The home team Renegades showed some life with a major of their own, but the Cougars left the Island with the W and their perfect record intact, going to 5-0 on the season.

Cloverdale Lions: 36

Coquitlam: 30

Highlights : All the players put on pink socks and laces to show support for breast cancer awareness month, and will do this for all games in October. Today’s game pace was set by Christian Keogh, a defensive lineman sacking Coquitlam’s quarterback.

This nail biting game ended in a victory for Cloverdale lions. We came back from being down in points. This game was won by all not just the touchdowns the defense was amazing today touchdowns by Jeremiah Washington,Owyn Caster, Alozie Larose and Xavier Mensah.

Highlights: Elijah Melnyk threw a touchdown pass to Jonah Ussher and Tyson Galye scored another two touchdowns.
