Caroline Fraser doesn’t worry about the dress code as she makes her way down the race course at the annual Carter Classic at Silver Star Mountain Resort. The recent event raised more than $12,000 for Silver Star Adaptive Snow Sports, which helps people with disabilities enjoy skiing.
