The third and final day of round robin plays takes place today in the BC Youth Soccer provincial championships taking place in Richmond and Chilliwack.
Six Nelson Select squads will see action today.
In Richmond, two Nelson boys squads are playing in the Les Sinnott Memorial Cup Provincial Championships.
The U18 squad takes its 1-1 record into a tough game against the Kamloops Blaze at 9 a.m.
Meanwhile, the U15 Nelson Selects will battle the Prince George Timberwolves at 3 p.m.
The local U15 squad has an 0-1-1 record entering today’s contest.
In Chilliwack, four Nelson Selects squads will see action today at the Girls B Cup Provincial Championships.
The U13 Selects (1-1) take on the Powell River Predators at 8:30 a.m. while Nelson’s U14 girls (0-2) play the Chilliwack Attack at 2:30 p.m.
The U15 Selects (0-2) see action at 8:30 a.m. against the Kootenay South Storm and the U17 girls squad (1-1) also play at 8:30 a.m. against Vernon United.
