Delta Police Foundation played host to three on three youth basketball tournament

The event was put on by the members of the Delta Police Department led by Sgt. Sukh Sidhu

The Delta Police Foundation (DPF) played host to a three on three basketball tournament located at North Delta Secondary on Saturday.

There were three divisions (Senior girls & boys and Junior boys) for a total of 36 teams that competed in the tournament. Teams were promised a minimum of three games.

The Delta Police Foundation is sponsoring three events in 2018 to support the Delta Police Department (DPD) and their initiatives of “YOUTH IN THE COMMUNITY”.

The tournament was a success in part by the DPD members led by Sgt. Sukh Sidhu, who volunteer their time and with the support of Chief Neil Dubord.

The tournament was supported by the Delta School District and with corporate sponsorship from Ocean Trailers and Westshore.
