The Castlegar Rebels could not keep up with the Kimberley Dynamiters as they continued on their three game win streak. The Dynamiters Sawyer Hunt scored once and had two assists to be the top player in points for the game as Kimberley won 7 – 4 on Sunday afternoon September 21 the last day of summer at the Castlegar Complex.

The Dynamiters got on the scoreboard three and half minutes into the game when the Rebels goalie Patrick Zubick was caught out of his net fielding a pass to a teammate. With momentum in their favour the Dynamiters blasted in three more goals in quick succession to be up 4-0 midway through the first period.

Rebel Aaron Petten scored the first Castlegar goal soon after to break the Dynamiters onslaught. They would outshoot the Rebels 40-25 to continue to dominate, even though the Rebels put up a competitive fast paced effort.
