Figure skaters from the Duncan, Fuller Lake and Kerry Park clubs took part in the Cowichan Valley Showcase competition at the Island Savings Centre on Jan. 21.
Skaters from the three clubs were randomly selected for three teams, with Team Snoopy winning ahead of Team Charlie Brown and Team Woodstock.
The fun competition was a chance for local skaters to prepare for the Vancouver Island Regional Championships. The Showcase has been going on for more than 30 years.
