Tricia Jeffries, Rhonda Kerr and Sonya Rokosh push themselves under the guidance of trainer Craig Mitchell, rear, during one of his fitness classes. Mitchell says a goal of the program is to have students identify and achieve personal fitness goals. This is a paid class that runs Monday at 7 p.m. at Finlayson Park. Drop-ins are welcome. Mitchell also offers free, drop-in classes Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 a.m. at the high school.
