Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for students and $12 for a family.

WolfPack coach Pat Hennelly finalized his roster in the summer by recruiting left side Krzysztof Orman of Czestochowa, Poland.

Orman spent last season in Toronto training with the national beach volleyball program.

“I thought I did very well,” he said. “I used to represent Poland in the World/European Championships in beach volleyball.”

The 6-foot-5 Orman played for Vancouver Island University Mariners in the B.C. College Athletic Association (now PacWest) in 2009-10.

“Krzysztof contacted me and I spoke with his old coach Chris Densmore about him,” said Hennelly. “I have been looking for a passing left side and I think Krzysztof will fit that role nicely. He will play a similar role that Behlul (Yavasgel, former TRU player and now assistant coach) played for our teams. Very good passer and defender and a smart attacker.”

Orman was looking at attending the University of Alberta but decided on TRU and its sport event management program.

“I’m still young (age 24) but at the same time very experienced,” he said. “I always fight till the end and never give up.”
