On July 31 the Summerland Golf and Country Ladies Club chose “Blind partners” to determine the winners based on the total net score.
Results: First Ellen Clay net 72 and Kathy Larkin net 70 for a total of 142; second Lil Smith net 69 and Vi Ward net 74 for a total of 143; third Christine Haessing net 76 and Helen Benallick net 70 for a total of 146; fourth Linda Brussee net 75 and Vijai Vaagen net 74 for a total of 149.
