Salmon Arm’s Darryl Horne has been in Kingston, Ont., guiding Team Canada to what they hoped would be a repeat of their 2012 win at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts.

Horne was once again coaching the Heather Nedohin rink, made up of Kaitlyn Lawes, Jill Officer and Dawn Askin.

When the last rock was thrown in the incredibly tough competition, Team Canada finished fourth, behind the champion Team Ontario, followed by Manitoba in second place and B.C. in third.
