The Grand Forks Border Bruins will try to get win No. 2 against the Nelson Leafs or Beaver Valley Nitehawks this week.
The Border Bruins will host the Leafs on Friday at Grand Forks Arena and hit the road for a game against the Nitehawks at Beaver Valley Arena.
Forwards Connor Gross and Jackson Purvis lead the team with 13 points.
Puck drops for Friday’s home game at 7:30 p.m.
