Great night for Tuesday golfers

Dan Dupuis leads the way in scramble challenge at Glacier Greens

 

 

 

 

It was  another beautiful Tuesday night for the Men’s Club at the Glacier Greens Golf Course last week. Forty-four men showed up for the red, white and blue scramble challenge. Dan Dupuis was the big winner, capturing three of the hole challenges and a snip.

First place with a score of -5 were Chris Kalnay, Phil Ball, Claud Dufault and Bernie Golding; 2nd on a CB, at -4 was the team of Chuck Kennedy, Jack Jackson, Rick Verbeek and Rod Verchere; taking 3rd place honours, losers of the CB were Mario Guitard, Wayne Wood, Len Doyle and Fred Williams. In 4th place, winners of a CB at -3, was the team of Dave Wacowich, Brian Hottsenfelder, Bill Krier and Al Pasanen.

The snip pot was split three ways: Team Edwards winning #4, team Kalnay with an eagle on #6 and team Egan #7.

Several draw prizes were awarded. These prizes were donated by Quick and Easy Granite, Westview Ford, Jo Klassen’s Grill and Coulter’s Automotive Repair. Adrian Haut was winner of the 50/50 draw. Guests are welcome and the course is in great shape. See you next Tuesday.
