For the second time in four years, the Williams Lake Men’s Basketball League is hosting a tournament where six teams will be competing.
Williams Lake will be looking for some revenge as in 2012, with four teams in the tournament, the Quesnel Bulls-Bandits marched away the undefeated winners.
Round robin play will run from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 23 where six games will be featured.
Playoff action, with three games, run on Sunday, April 24 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
All games will be held at the Thompson Rivers University gymnasium on Western Avenue.
League president Martin Kruus said the public is welcome to come out to watch and there is no admission fee.
He added an event-hosting grant from the city was helpful in support of staging the event.
