Vernon’s Connie Kapak won all all of her races at the B.C. Short Track Speed Skating Championships in Burnaby last weekend.
The 14-year-old won her fourth straight provincial title in a field of eight.
She ends the season with the Westerns, March 28-30, in Lethbridge.
“The 3000-metre was the most gratifying as she received an elbow which knocked her to the back of the pack, only to recover and eventually pass all other skaters for the win,” said Kelowna coach Nancy Goplen.
