Greenland National Kayaking Championships gold medal winner James Manke will be visiting and teaching in the Comox Valley this weekend (Aug. 22-23).
Those who attended the Reel Paddling Film festival last spring may remember the film Greenland Bound, which documented the experience of the two Canadian competitors.
Manke is based in Victoria B.C. and spends much of his time travelling and sharing his passion for traditional kayaking skills.
