Swimmers from the KISU swim club had success meets the weekend of may 7.
In Lethbridge, Alta., the club took 18 swimmers for the Big Bus meet. Marlee Caruso established a record in the 200 metre fly in two minutes, 53 seconds, while Aspen Benn secured her second AA time. Many swimmers made huge time improvements, including Chelsea Keeler taking more than a minute off of her 400-m freestyle with a time of 5:29.05.
In West Kelowna, four swimmers returned home with top three ribbons from the Liquid Lightning Jamboree.
Kalina Eisenmann, Kaylee Wrigglesworth, Elizabeth Hanna, and Amy Lee had strong performances.Eisenmann achieved her sub- four minutes in the 200-m Individual Medley.
