A total of six Vernon Kokanee Swim Club members cracked the four-minute mark in the 200-metre IM last weekend at the Shuswap Jamboree.
Zac Benn, Soleil Pitcher, Morgan Johnson, Aidri Hofer, Madeline Roemer and Morgan Mardiros all reached the milestone, which allows them to compete in all main meets.
Of the 30 competing Kokanee, eight recorded 100 per cent personal best times – Benn, Kaitlyn Buchholz, Sydney Fillion, Becky Herrick, Aidri Hofer, Jenika King, Jacob Phillips and Quinn Pitcher – and five made their jamboree debut – Saajan Klair, Emily Mohamed Martone, Cameron Shortt, Samantha Shortt and Nathan Vasconcelos.
