There were nine golfers out for Ladies Night on May 31 and eight stayed for a tasty dinner and social after the back nine.

Hard to believe we are a quarter way through our golf club season. The Fun Game was Cry Baby where each golfer can choose their three worst holes and give themselves a par score.

As there was only one golfer in Flight 1 there were no skills holes for this flight. For Flight 2 Sheila Colter had the low gross, Joan Slingsby had the long drive in two as well as long putt. For Flight 3 Abbey Bates had low gross and long drive in two and Carol McNeil had the long putt.

The Smallest Cry Baby (least number of stokes between actual score and reduced score) was Carol Hindle. The Biggest Cry Baby (most strokes between the two scores) was Isabell Hadford.

The Big Cry Baby putters were Jayna Jung, Carol McNeil and Isabell H.

Jayna J and Hazel Wadlegger put a ball or two into the lake so they received a replacement ball. There were two chip ins by Marg Anderson on hole six and Carol Mc. on hole two.

Carol H. got the birdie on hole four.

Carol Hindle won the door prize of a golf pass to Chinook Cove courtesy of Lacarya Golf Course.
