Ladies Rise to the golf occasion

A total of 86 golfers played in the Ladies of the Okanagan Charity Tournament Sunday at The Rise.

 

A total of 86 golfers played in the Ladies of the Okanagan Charity Tournament Sunday at The Rise, raising money for the  Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation Mamography Unit.

Longest Putt prize went to Lhea Shilton, while KP prizes were awarded to Kristen Rawluk, Barb Culic, Evans and Corine Martens.

Long drives were recorded by  Darla Walsh, Susan Mackney, Kathy Bowers and Brenda Hartl. Rise head pro Lee Ranger says final totals are not in, but he expects the tournament to exceed expectations for Vernon Jubilee Hospital’s Take A Picture Campaign.
