Eight Sunnydale golfers joined 30 regulars Tuesday morning for Ladies Day at Comox Golf Club.
Some impressive scores were posted.
Nancy Riva had the low round of the day, with a 90, while Joan Baudais had a net 70 for the low net round.
Monica Yoo took only 29 putts to complete her 18 holes, and Grace Coulter was sharp from a distance. She won the prize for the longest putt on both No. 1 and No. 2.
On Thursday evening 29 ladies came out for a nine-hole round.
Nancy Riva was once again the low gross, firing a 42. She also had the fewest putts in the round, wit 14.
Katy Doran and Vicki Edwards tied at 33 for the low net scores, aided in part by chip-ins from both ladies. Doran also won the prize for the longest putt on No. 8.
Noreen McCafray had the longest putt on No. 3.

Congratulations to the winning team of Brenda Livingston, Bernice Henderson, Liz Van Boeschoten and Marg Rushton with a score of 93 in the Red, White and Blue game. All scores were close with two teams at 94, one at 95, one at 98 and one at 102.
Birdies last week: Gene Renaud #18, Rosslyn O’Rourke #17 and Rushton #12.
KP was Renaud on #4 and #15.
Chip-in was Van Boeschoten #8, giving her teammates Marg, Bernice and Brenda jelly bellies.
