Former NHLer Lanny McDonald will attend tonight's Abbotsford Heat game against the Chicago Wolves, farm team of the Vancouver Canucks.

He’s won a world championship, a Stanley Cup and is a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame.

Today (March 29) Lanny McDonald, former captain of the Calgary Flames, is in Abbotsford and will attend tonight’s game between the Abbotsford Heat and the Chicago Wolves, farm team of the Vancouver Canucks.

This morning, McDonald was at city hall for an official welcome from the mayor and to sign autographs.
