Midget Reps defeated by Chase

100 Mile House starts off excellently, but overtaken in third period

The 100 Mile Midget Reps continue to struggle in the Okanagan Mainline Amateur Hockey Association.

On Dec. 17, they fell to Chase 7-3 and on Dec. 18 they fell to Chase again, 7-2. Both games were played at the South Cariboo Rec. Centre.

In the first game, Tristan Takats scored two goals – the first goal unassisted.

In the third period, Tanner Hooper scored, assisted by Curtis Green and Trey Wandler.

At the end of the second period, the 100 Milers were only behind 4-2, but they fell behind as the powerful Chase team scored three more goals.

Chase is currently fourth place in the 14-team Midget Tier 3 male division.

On Dec. 18, Cole Allan scored in the second period assisted by Dylan Carr and Takats. Noah Nicol scored in the third, unassisted.

The Midget Reps play their next game in Sicamous against Salmon Arm on Jan. 7.
