Highlights: The Giants scored on the last play of the game for the win.

The Bears scoring came on a touchdown from Devon Tait, and five points – including a 35-yard field – from Jonas Levas. Strong performances on defence came from Keith Grant, Dylan Easley and Darian Fung, who also had an interception.

Highlights: Longhorns quarterback Troy Wong threw to Blaine Redlac for the game-winning touchdown with just 14 seconds to play.

 

Cloverdale Leopards 6

South Delta Rams 33

Highlights: Anoop Nahal hauled in a pass from Gurjot Bains for a 76-yard pass-and-run for the Cloverdale points.

Other highlights included several tackles by Nahal, a quarterback sack by Ricky Park, and successful fake punt by David Dinbandhu.

 

Junior Bantam Division

North Surrey Falcons 36

Vancouver Trojans 0

Highlights: Two touchdowns each from Lucas de Souza and Gerald Leonardo – one on an interception return – paced the Falcons.

Karam Gill with a touchdown and kicker Tristen Yanciw with three two-point converts completed the scoring.

Quincy Hamilton and Indy Sangerra played well on defence.

 

Cloverdale Cougars 6

Langley Wranglers 51

Highlights: Drey Blair had the lone Cougars score on a 30-yard run. Andrew Murison, Reece McGowan and Lukas Stevens also made some good plays on offence.

Cole Barron, Shawndeep Padda, Dylan Gill and Bruce Balfour played well on  defence.

 

North Surrey Eagles 22

South Delta Rams 30

Highlights: Rahim Mohammed on runs of 12 and 70 yards, and Kwaku Frimpong on a 55-yard rush scored the Eagles touchdowns. Kayle Fuoco kicked a two-point convert.

Frimpong led the defence with nine tackles, while turnovers came from Joel Klaassen with an interception and Nik Johnstone with a fumble recovery.

 

North Delta Longhorns 22

Highlights: Taylor Pencer and Jacob Desousa scored touchdowns for the Longhorns.

Terrell Kinch on defence and Devin Patterson on offence were standouts for North Delta.

Jacob Konishi recovered a fumble.

Highlights: Standouts for Cloverdale included Drew Zboya with a fumble recovery, Joshua Reed with a pair of quarterback sacks, Cody Thompson with a spectacular tackle, and Jordan Kelley and Gabriel Fenelon with some great runs.

Highlights: Ethan Boyd ran for the only score of the game. The Hawks defence was led by Brody Bowra, Gabriel Takeawoa and Raaj Bediron. A highlight on offence was the power running of Boyd and Antonio Pemintuan.

Highlights: Derek Best scored two touchdowns, and Kojo Odoom, Jesse Goedman, Trey Jones and Austin Benoit added one each for the Bobcats.

Outstanding plays were made by Dawson Marchant, Zion Miles,  Jones,  Best,  Odoom, Walter Dingwall, Goedman, Benoit and Jaden Simon.

 

Atom Division

Highlights: Daesaun Johnson scored two touchdowns for the Longhorns, with Benjamin Carrion and Carter Spencer adding one each. The defensive line, led by Clayton Read, Corbin Grant, Kayden Moore and James Drover, played a solid game.

 

Cloverdale Panthers 34

Coquitlam Lions 0

Highlights: Terrel Jones and Taran Birdi led the Panthers’ offense with two touchdowns each, with Harshaad Jouhal adding one. Jaeden Reid and Jouhal each kicked a two-point convert.

Jones was also a standout on defence with his aggressive tackling.
