The Ladysmith Striders Running Group donned new uniforms recently. The team's new jerseys were designed by Strider John Mountain and crafted by Vancouver-based Sugoi Sportswear. This photograph, submitted by Bala Naidoo, was taken outside Esquires Coffee at Coronation Mall before the coffee shop closed down. For 10 years, Esquires was the starting and finishing point of the Striders’ long Sunday runs. The group even became known as the Ladysmith Striders Esquires Division.
