A pair of Langley swimmers will go for gold as part of Team BC at the Canada Summer Games.
Bailey Herbert and Joshua Kim, both members of the Langley Olympians Swim Club, will hit the pool at the Games in Winnipeg.
The competition runs July 28 to Aug. 13.
Herbert will compete in the 100 and 200 breaststroke events and the 200 and 400 individual medley while Kim will be in the freestyle, breaststroke, IM and relay events.
And Langley paddler Quinn Thomson has been chosen as an alternate for Team BC’s race sprint canoe team.

Thomson’s joins three other Langley athletes who were named to the team or as alternates.
