Oceanside’s Peewee A Rep team had their hands full on home ice Sunday, battling hard but did not get any bounces in a 6-2 loss to the Kerry Park Islanders in a fiercely contested fast-paced hockey game.

Jimmy Shworan (Aslan LaCouvee, Aidan Goodfellow), and Greyson Weme (Eli Adamowski, Josh Urquhart) accounted for Oceanside’s  scoring.

The loss leaves the locals at 2-7 and in the bottom half of their Tier 2 league, but rumour has it there might be some puck-luck for the kids under the tree.
