Penticton soccer alumni playing against pros

James Fraser joins for a series of exhibition matches against Canadian Pro teams.

A former Penticton Pinnacle has been chosen for the Saskatchewan Selects for their Summer Series of soccer matches against Canadian Pro League teams.

Fraser and four of his former and current teammates on the Thompson River University Wolfpack will take to the field on Aug. 11 against the Toronto FC. They also played in the match against the Vancouver Whitecaps U-23 team.

As part of the Wolfpack, Fraser helped the team to a bronze medal in 2017, and 2018.
