Langley Cowboys’ Luke Penney hangs on to the football while teammate Jack Laurin gives him a push against the Coquitlam Cougars. The two peewee football teams were taking part in Langley Minor Football Association’s annual Golden Helmet Tournament at McLeod Park on Aug. 18 and 19. Langley begins the Vancouver Mainland Football League season on Sept. 3 when they host a full slate of games at McLeod Park, beginning at 9 a.m. and going through until 7 p.m.
