Colton Porter of the Maple Ridge Burrards unleashes a shot against Jeremy Serraglio and the Burnaby Lakers on Saturday at MSA Arena. The Western Lacrosse Association exhibition game was co-hosted by Abbotsford Minor Lacrosse and the Valley Rebels senior B men’s lacrosse team, in order to raise the sport’s profile in the community. The event drew about 750 fans, and Burnaby won 11-9.
