After the last putt had dropped and the team scores tallied, Cordova Bay’s head professional Lance McCoullough’s team of Michelle Egan, also from Cordova Bay, and Glacier Greens members Gussie Prichard, Ed Hayes and Mike Berger were the winners with a score of minus 33. Next at minus 31 was Highland Pacific’s pro Tyler Stene and his team of Roy Stauffer, Bob Rasmus, Derek Devries and Stan Martin. Rounding out the top three at minus 29 was Glacier Greens assistant pro Brian Wise and his Glacier Greens team of Anne Blake, Glenda Kinney, Fran Hutchison and Rosslyn O’Rourke.

On the pro side, Isaac Weintraub from Gorge Vale was first with a fine four under par 67. Storey Creek’s Stephen Macpherson was next with 68. Eagle Crest’s Cory Betz was 69, and McCoullough 70. Four pros tied at 71 including Glacier Greens head professional Bill Kelly, as well as Kevin Maxwell from Olympic View, Braden Erickson from Pheasant Glen and Nanaimo’s Brian Johnson.

Close to the pin prizes went to John Story on #4 , Chris Lynn, #7, Nicole Fraser #12, Steve Fraser #15 and Colin Kenny #17.

Once again, Canadian Western Bank sponsored a $5,000 Hole-in-One on hole #17, but that elusive ace was not to be found. Other valued sponsors we would like to thank are Westview Ford and Waypoint Insurance.
