The two-day event saw kids aged 5-12 race in a dual slalom, moguls, jumping and speed events, as well as a timed Kombi event that tested each of the alpine ski skills in a single run.

In the dual slalom team event (ages 5-8) saw the Vernon racers Tova Galvagno, Grace Sebulsky, Alessia Galvagno, William Smith, Martha Pestridge, Lukas Sebulsky and Lauren Clancy reach the podium with a silver.

Emily Dahl and Liam Glennon each collected gold in the Kombi event, with Katrina Fink taking home a silver.

Dahl was golden again in the dual slalom, with Emma Lockwood and Glennon pocketing silver in their respective age groups.

The festival attracted ski racers from around the province, and topped off a successful and enjoyable year for the Vernon Ski Club athletes.
