On Thursday, Oct. 9 from 6:45 to 8 p.m., girls and women can come out and learn some hockey drills, try some power skating skills and just have fun with other female Hockey players.
There will be a female power skating/hockey coach on ice during this session. Full gear is required but if you are unable to collect gear, please contacts Sarah at 442-4078 and make arrangements for gear.

We will be scheduling all our drop-in Circuit Classes back to the Grand Forks Aquatic Centre Fitness Room starting Oct. 6. You will still have an opportunity to participate in both the Circuit classes and Aqua-fit classes or enjoy a swim after you workout in the gym.
