Rep hockey fans on the North Island will have their pick of games to watch this weekend as the Vancouver Island Hockey League playoffs shift into high gear.
The Eagles midgets will begin their chase for the Tier 3 Island crown by hosting Kerry Park Saturday at 4:30 p.m. at Port McNeill’s Chilton Regional Arena.
The Eagles bantams also kick off postseason play in Port McNeill, hosting Campbell River at 11 a.m. Sunday.
The Eagles peewees, who opened the playoffs last weekend at Kerry Park, will be at home for the second game of round-robin play when they host Campbell River at 1 p.m. Saturday in Port Alice.
