The Revelstoke Acrobats sent 12 athletes to the Western Canada Cup in Calgary last week. This trampoline and tumbling event showcased the top athletes in the four western provinces, from Manitoba to British Columbia.

Summer Novakowski and Parker English earned top spots winning gold in their respective events, making them the best at their level in all of western Canada.

Summer was able to achieve this in two events — both the trampoline and double mini. Parker did her amazing routines on the double mini trampoline.

In synchronized trampoline, Isabella Mendonca and Taila Gallon pushed through a rough warm up but competed the best they have ever done, winning themselves a spot on the podium with a bronze medal. They were up against 25 other pairs in their category.

Kayln Gale and Paige Schiewe placed fourth, just missing a podium spot. Other athletes not already named that made the finals were Karsyn Powell, Makenna Gallon and Devyn Gale.

Competitions are now done for the season and athletes are now training to add harder moves and perfect skills for next season.
