Revelstoke Bantam Grizzlies make provincial championship finals

The Revelstoke Bantam Grizzlies will be playing for a provincial championship at the Revelstoke Forum on Thursday at 7:30 p.m.

The Revelstoke Bantam Grizzlies will be playing for a provincial championship at the Revelstoke Forum on Thursday night.

The team has assured itself a spot in the final with wins in its first four games of the tournament.

They opened the Tier 4 provincial championships with a 7-0 win over Mission Monday morning and followed it up with a 12-5 win over Creston that night.

They followed that up with a 4-1 win over Vanderhoof on Tuesday and a 4-1 win over Whistler on Wednesday to clinch a spot in the finals.

Revelstoke wraps up the round-robin portion of the tournament against Clearwater on Thursday at 1 p.m.

They’ll then only have a few hours of rest before they take on either Vanderhoof, Mission or Whistler in the final.

The championship game is at the Forum at 7:30 p.m.
