The Revelstoke Grizzlies lost 5-0 to the 100 Mile House Wranglers in a crucial game between two teams battling for the final playoff spot in the Doug Birks division.

Devan Suidy picked up a hat trick for the Wranglers, while Kristin Stead made 28 saves in net for the shutout.

The loss snapped the Grizzlies six game winning streak.

With the win, the Wranglers jumped four points ahead of the Grizzlies and clinched a playoff spot, while the Grizzlies trail the Sicamous Eagles by one point in the standings with two games left to play.

The Grizzlies close out the season at home, hosting the Kamloops Storm on Friday and the Chase Heat on Saturday.

Sicamous is also at home, with games against the Spokane Braves and Princeton Posse. The Eagles have lost their last five games.

Revelstoke will have to finish with more points than Sicamous to make the playoffs since the Eagles have more wins.
