The Revelstoke Novice Grizzlies hosted a 10-team tournament with teams from West Kelowna, Vernon, Salmon Arm, Kelowna and Nakusp. Revelstoke did very well with three wins and a tie, but it was a non-competitive tournament so there was round robin play only. There were many community sponsors: Cooper’s Foods, Legends N Heroes, Emos, Padrino’s Pizza, Kino’s Snacks, Revelstoke Credit Union, and RCU Insurance. Huge thanks go to the parents and volunteers who made this event possible, in particular arena staff and Dennis Berarducci.
