Ridge Outlaws silver at Advantage Cup

Second for second time at spring hockey tournament.

The Ridge Meadows Outlaws came second in the 2005 division of the third annual Advantage Cup spring hockey tournament last weekend.

The Outlaws were tied with the Pacific Knights entering the third period, but ended up falling 6-3 in the championship final.

Zack Lagrange, Kolby Koran and Aidan Mcdonald scored for the Outlaws, while goalie Andrew Monforton was selected team MVP for the game.

Lagrange had a hat-trick and was MVP as the Outlaws opened the event with a 10-1 win over the Monarchs.

Mcdonald then netted three goals and was MVP as the Ridge team downed the Eagles 6-4.

The Outlaws previously finished second in the Chilliwack Jr. Chiefs tournament.

The team: Nic Muc, Curtis Cunningham, James Bennie, Kolby Koran, Aidan Mcdonald, Cohen Muc, Jordan Meech, Dawson Hemminger, Gavin Bell, Landon Smith, Kieran Lige, Paul Taylor, Aidan Chabot, Kaden Boyd,  Chase Garret, Lagrange, Koran, Mcdonald and Monforton.
