Kelowna outshoots Saskatoon 38-17 but loses opener of four-game WHL home stand

The Kelowna Rockets opened a four-game home stand with a 4-2 loss to the Saskatoon Blades Friday in WHL action at Prospera Place.

Kole Lind scored both goals for the Rockets who outshot the Blades 38-17.

Kelowna (3-6-0) has scored just three goals in its last three games.

Logan Flodell made 36 saves in the Saskatoon net, while Brodan Salmond stopped 13 for the Rockets.

Kelowna will host the Swift Current Broncos on Saturday night. Face off at Prospera Place.
