The Lakes District Secondary School (LDSS) senior boys soccer team was in good spirits last week, despite the cold and windy weather.
They prepared for up and coming games and tournaments by brushed up on their soccer skills and goal kicking accuracy at the LDSS field.
The practise was followed the next day by a home game against the senior boys team from Fraser Lake Elementary Secondary School.
The practise paid off as the LDSS senior boys team defeated the Fraser Lake Elementary Secondary School senior boys team 5 goals to 2.
Notably, LDSS team members Logan Gray, Nick Brochez and Colin Bergen scored goals to help lead the team to victory.
