The 2016 Senior’s Men’s Open was held at the 108 Golf Resort on Aug. 12.
With sunny skies overhead, the weather was perfect for the 60 golfers.
About half of the teams came from out of town. They travelled from Kamloops, Cache Creek, Ashcroft, Lillooet, Williams Lake, Nanimo, Smithers, Vancouver and Prince George.
The tournament was organized by the staff at the pro shop, along with volunteers from the Men’s Golf Club.
The players had to be 55 years and older, and their handicaps had to be within eight strokes of each other to qualify for the tournament
