Mitchell Smith took home a silver medal at the Canadian U-18 Ski Championships on Friday, Feb. 27 at Nakiska, near Canmore, Alta.
Smith competed against 80 of the top boys from across Canada in a two-run slalom race. He finished sixth in the first run and came back with a fast second run to claim second place.
Smith also finished seventh in giant slalom.
