Snow should be just fine for this year’s Snow to Surf race

“Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! for the 34th annual Royal LePage Snow to Surf Race,” says race chairperson Rick Gibson.

Team entries are coming in quickly as the snow falls on Mount Washington. There are still spots available so enter soon at www.snowtosurf.com

There is also a call out to 14 to 18 year olds to register in the youth category for this multi-leg race.

Teams consist of nine to 10 athletes who race from the summit of Mount Washington to Comox Marina Park. Race legs include alpine skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, running, mountain biking, kayaking, road cycling and canoeing. Race day is set for April 24 at 8:45 a.m.
